Finding a vehicle was the central task, but search had little prominence, important filters remained hidden, and location was unclear.
Searches without a defined city or state could also send leads to the wrong regions.
If information is essential to produce the right result, it should not remain hidden behind a secondary interaction.

Search, filters, and location became priorities
The search bar gained a clear position below the main banner, and the menu was redesigned to make navigation easier to understand.
The most frequently used filters moved into the main flow. State and city gained priority because location affected both result relevance and the region receiving each lead.
The changes increased search adoption, reduced the time needed to find a vehicle, and lowered navigation-related complaints while customer satisfaction increased.
